Sponsor Benefits
All Plugfest sponsors receive:
- Dedicated recognition across FiRa’s digital channels, including LinkedIn, website features, and Plugfest communications.
- Inclusion in FiRa’s Annual Report and member newsletter, featuring company highlights, an “about” section, and a link to the sponsor’s website.
- Onsite visibility through signage and printed materials during the event.

Sponsorship Levels
Pinnacle Sponsor (Host)
- Commitment: Provide both a venue for testing and meals and refreshments for event participants. Meet the full Plugfest Host Requirements criteria.
- A dedicated FiRa blog spotlight or interview feature highlighting the host’s role in supporting interoperability.
Complimentary registration for one platform and one participant.
Cornerstone Sponsor (Venue)
- Commitment: Provide a venue for testing. Meet the Facility Requirements criteria outlined in Plugfest Host Requirements — either an on-site company facility or an offsite venue.
- Complimentary registration for one platform and one participant.
Catalyst Sponsor (General)
- Commitment: Contribute a monetary sponsorship of $3,000 to support meals, refreshments, or event costs.
- Complimentary registration for one participant.
