Demo Showcase Submission Form

Demo Showcase: 1:00-2:00 pm EET, March 9 & 10

Each demo will be provided with one 6-foot table and access to power outlets. If you require additional space, please note this in your submission. FiRa does not supply extra equipment; however, rentals may be available through the hotel.

Please coordinate with FiRa Administration for any arrangements.

FiRa Administration will confirm your participation in the Demo Session by February 5, 2027. The participation fee is $499 USD ($399 for FiRa members) and is due by February 4, 2027. This fee includes meeting space, table setup, and a networking lunch for 2 days (three seats per company). Additional lunch seats may be purchased for $49 USD per person per day.
