June 2025 Porto, Portugal FiRa Member Meeting
FiRa will be hosting live demo sessions at its June 2025 Porto Members Meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your UWB solutions and connect with other industry leaders.
Demo Workshop Details
📅 Date: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
⏰ Time: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. WET
📍 Location: Hilton Porto Gaia, Rua Serpa Pinto, 124, 4400-307, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal
Space is limited, so please secure your spot early! If your company is interested in participating, follow the steps below to reserve your space. If you know of a company that has a great UWB solution but is not a FiRa member, this showcase event is open to them as well. Please feel free to forward this information and ask the non-FiRa member company to email admin@firaconsortium.org for more details.
Registration Steps
- Review the Demo Package details outlined below.
- Submit the completed Demo Submission Form to admin@firaconsortium.org by 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, May 9, 2025.
Demo Package Overview
- Fee: $199 USD (due by May 9, 2025)
- Includes meeting space, table setup, happy hour reception, and networking opportunities.
- Videos of each demo will be captured and showcased by FiRa’s MWG on social media (optional).

- Requirements:
- Submit a signed Demo Submission Form.
- All demos will be allocated one 6-foot table and plug outlets.
- If additional space is needed, please include this in your submission.
- Note: FiRa is unable to provide additional setup equipment. If you require equipment, rentals may be available through the hotel. Please coordinate with the FiRa admin team to facilitate any necessary arrangements.

A Demo Packet will be sent to confirmed participants by May 23, 2025, including:
- Demo schedule
- On-site contact information
- Hotel contact details and address
- Floor plans
- Registration and badge collection information
- Optional Media Release Form
